=========================================================== Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Gama Master (GM) ----------------------------------------------------------- Xavier led the way into the tunnel, Apollo close behind. Then Khari and Jiro came along, followed by Pepsi, Redmond, Solomon, Pierce, Skeeter, boy, and Phebe. The tunnel was only about 5 feet wide, and about 8 feet tall, so it wasn't really feasible to walk two abreast. The tunnel was very rough, not smooth. It was also damp. The tunnel sloped downwards and curved around. The party moved roughly 75 feet down into the earth, maybe 50 feet below the surface, and then the tunnel did almost a U-turn, and kept descending, another 40 feet or so down, and another 65 feet long. Then the tunnel made an abrupt turn to the right and opened up into a chamber roughly triangular, 30 feet by 20 feet, with another exit in the left wall. The chamber had a low ceiling, only 6 feet tall, covered with white, oblong objects that hang down about 3 feet from the low ceiling. There are many of these ovoids. The ovoids are covered with a some kind of gooey sap that drips down onto the floor below. In the far corner is some kind of giant insect, much different than the buggems. It has very large bug-eyes, with several little legs and a long body. It has two arm-like appendages with large pinchers on them. The insect isn't moving. This message was lightly edited by the GM at 20:23, Mon 26 Feb 2007. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Pierce ----------------------------------------------------------- Pierce looked around the room, and gripped his sword tightly. This was definitely one of the weirdest things he'd seen. He waited for a few moments before very quietly asking the question that was probably on everyone's minds, "What the heck are those things--grubs of some kind?" OOC: How large are the ovoids and the insect (Human sized, larger than human, or smaller than human)? =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Gama Master (GM) ----------------------------------------------------------- The ovoids vary in size but the largest ones are about 2 feet long oval shaped. The insect is a little bit bigger than a human, about 2 feet wide and 6 feet long, plus his legs and those pincher arms (making him a bit longer than 6 feet counting that). =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- Seeing the ovoids, Khari immediately assumed they had entered an egg chamber. Now as for the big bug, there were a few possibilities...and he spoke quietly to the others. "I' thinkin' wer ina egg cham-m-mber, an' that big bug 'ight be here to eat the eggs, or it's here to protec'. Could be a kinda buggem' we ha'e not seen b'fore." He gripped his axe a little more tightly, and observed the creature carefully, looking for possible strengths and weaknesses. This message was last edited by the player at 07:25, Sat 03 July 2004. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Solomon Sheperd ----------------------------------------------------------- Solomon glanced over at Pepsi. He hadn't expected to find eggs so quickly, if that was indeed what they were. If they were eggs, all of them would have to be destroyed. He whispered loud enough for everyone to hear, "We need to know if these are eggs or if they were just saving food this way for when the eggs hatch. And if we don't kill that bug now, we'll always have to worry about it being at our back or warning the hive." =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Apollo ----------------------------------------------------------- "I'm pretty sure these are eggs." Apollo whispered, "They're too small to be holding the villagers in them. But we'd better find them first before coming back and destroying these things."" =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- Khari begins to become a bit fascinated with the egg-like objects. He finds he'd really like to cut one open just to see what's inside, but at the moment his compulsion is not overpowering, and he thinks the better of it. He does have one more suggestion however. "We 'ight use th' eggs as hostages o' so'e kind-d. 'Ight keep the bugs off us if we get s'rrounded. Tha's if the bug o'er there 'll let us." =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Pierce ----------------------------------------------------------- Pierce looked at the others, "So, are we agreed then? Kill the bug and leave these . . . things for later?" =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Redmond Jacoby ----------------------------------------------------------- Redmond nods, after a moment. "Seems to make sense. I'm a little surprised it hasn't attacked us, though. Usually, guards are more... well... guardish." =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- Khari remembered something else. Something he read in one of the tattered, ancient science primers he kept in his Tool Bag. "Y' know, so'e bugs like ants use tas'e an' s-m...an' odors to talk t' each ottther. 'Aybe we put so'e o' this gooey stuff on oursel's, they'll thigggnk we're one 'o they." =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Xavier Ashe ----------------------------------------------------------- X listens to the others."Kill it or not, I don't really care. He looks with some reluctance at the gooey substance. "I'm not sure if we were tracked by smell before. But if you really want to put that stuff on, I'm not going to put the party in more danger by resisting." "One thing no one has mentioned is just taking this left passage and leaving the bug to be. We can come back for it later. Why alert the whole lair? They'll probably come running as soon as the queen is attacked." X steps over to the passageway on the left and looks in to see if he can see anything, including whether it slopes or goes around anymore corners. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Redmond Jacoby ----------------------------------------------------------- Redmond nods to Xavier. "I believe that the worry is that if we get in trouble further in, we won't be able to get out because this fellow will attack us." He pauses. "So which risk do we take?" =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Pierce ----------------------------------------------------------- "I'd rathr have a clear (or clearer) avenue of escape if things get dicey. Once the hive is alerted, we may have trouble pulling out if we're too deep inside. As for the goop, these buggems acted with intelligence, so I'm not sure how long the disguise with the goop would work--if it would work at all. We don't even know what this stuff is; it could be a defense of some kind." =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- Well, as per his nature, Khari's curiosity got the best of him. He wondered if using the goop that way would really work. So, he reached up to collect some of the stuff on the the blade of his ax, and began casually spreading it on his arms and legs like one would apply butter to a slice of bread. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Xavier Ashe ----------------------------------------------------------- "I sure hope it's not acid or crawling with disease," X mutters as Khari smothers himself with the goop. "And I sure hope it's not radioactive." He takes a tentative step back away from the strange bug creature and the eggs. "I mean, this is not a natural creature, right? And where did it come from? There's only one answer to that." He shrugs. "Well, if you're going to kill the thing, there's no time like the present. I certainly won't stop you." He extends his arm toward the bug to allow Pierce and Redmond to walk by and attack the creature according to their stated desires. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Pierce ----------------------------------------------------------- Pierce looked at Khari with a mix of emotions as he smeared the goo on. Pierce shrugged at X and moved just past him, so that X would be less likely to be the target of the creature's wrath. Once he got past X he paused. The entire situation bothered him, Redmond was right; guards were more aggressive and active. Workers probably wouldn't be laying about like this. He decided to take a chance; they'd been here whispering for a while and the creature hadn't reacted. He made ready in case the creature reacted negatively, and stayed beyond its reach. "You there! You, bug, is this your home or are you a prisoner of the buggems?" =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Solomon Sheperd ----------------------------------------------------------- Solomon shook his head to Apollo as the man had missed his meaning, "I wasn't talking about the missing people Apollo. Did you notice the curious lack of wildlife sounds as we approached the farm? And where is all the livestock? I believe the things are probably eggs. I was just suggesting that it might be a good idea for us to find out for sure. That knowledge might come in handy later." He sighed. He had been thinking the same thing about the smells though he hadn't considered smearing the goo on himself to diguise his smell. He had his doubts about the efficacy of such a ploy. It even occured to him that the smell of the goo might make them easier to track if they had to leave in a hurry. But two of the party had already begun covering themselves with the stuff, so it was too late to decide not to follow suit. Reluctantly, he began to follow their example. (OOC: I hope that everyone had a happy 4th and if you don't celebrate that holiday, then I hope everyone had a good weekend. <S>) =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Pierce ----------------------------------------------------------- OOC: WHo else is smearing the goo on? So far, I only know of Khari. Just to clarify, Pierce is NOT smearing the goo on. Looking at my post, I realize that it could be read a couple of ways. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Xavier Ashe ----------------------------------------------------------- If anyone smears goo on themselves, X will watch and wait for awhile. He follows Pierce in refraining from smearing on goo. But if everyone else does it, he will too. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Gama Master (GM) ----------------------------------------------------------- As Khari moves into the room near one of the obloids, a couple of the larger obloids start to shake. Then they start to tear open, from the inside. A strange looking "naked monkey" looking creature slips out of the gooyey inside of one the ovoid onto the ground. Then it races across the floor and tries to latch onto Khari. but Khari blocks it with his arms. Another "monkey-like" creature drops out of the other obloid and attacks Khari, but it flies past him and misses wildly. Several other obloids are starting to shake now too. (Consider this combat mode, tell me what you intend to do and I will post a summary of the action in the proper order according to initiative. These things look sort of similar to the "face-hugger" alien from Alien/Aliens) Oh and Pierce gets no response from the insect at the back of the room. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Pierce ----------------------------------------------------------- Pierce ignores the insect for the moment. He turns his attention on the shaking obloid nearest him. To them others, "Those who don't have ranged attacks help Khari. Anyone who can attack at range, we need to deal with those things before they burst." He ONce more he calls upon his mental fire and lashes out with it. =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Redmond Jacoby ----------------------------------------------------------- Redmond winces. "Or maybe that goop is food!" Leaping forwards, he attempts to bring his fist solidly down onto the second of the two monkey-creatures. "Khari! Get away from the eggs!" ((OOC: Initiative: 13 Attack Roll: 21 Damage: 9)) =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Solomon Sheperd ----------------------------------------------------------- (OOC Yeah Pierce, I read it that your character was smearing on the goo as well. In retrospect, I probably didn't pay enough attention to what you wrote. Sorry about that. I'll correct my post and I'll try to read more carefully next time.) Just as Solomon was reaching for one of the "egg sacks," small creatures burst out and began attacking Khari. Solomon moved towards Khari to try and help dispatch the threat. (OOC: Solomon has a lantern in his left hand and a rapier in his right. He plans to engage one of the creatures. If the creatures are killed before he gets there and no more pop out, he will attempt to slice through a random nearby shaking obloid. Query: approximately how many of these obloids are there?) =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by boy ----------------------------------------------------------- boy raiseshis sheikd and readies his hack'r. The action seems far away. boy will occupy his time with watching th erear and placing his hand on th ewall to try and sense vibration. "hey, skeeter, wh't 's a kween?" =========================================================== Re: Act 1 Scene 4 - The Lair by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- When the creature pops out of the ovoid, Khari smiles in fascination, thinking I'll have to catch one of those things to study it and see what makes it go... However, as the thing proceeds to attack him, the reality of the situation sets in, and he realizes he'd better defend himself. He swings his ax, half-hoping he won't have to damage it too much. As one of the 'naked monkies' jumps at Apollo he intercepts it with a smashing right fist. Between the exploding eggs and the new creatures goo flies everywhere, "Disgustin'!" It grabbed Khari by it's strange arm-like appendages and latched on, biting hard into Khari's cheek, and it began to suck Khari's bodily fluids into itself. [Private to Khari Saldeen: It sucked out 6 hp damage.] Boy kept an eye out on the path behind the party, to make sure they were not attacked from the rear. He was ready, in case anything did show up. Apollo moved into the room past Khari and then turned to attack one of the monkey-like things. He wounded it but it still slithered along. Khari slashed with his axe at the monkey thing that Apollo had struck, and it splattered all over the floor with a green goo. Xavier tried to swipe at the monkey thing that was attached to Khari, not having any other targets. He managed to hit it without harming Khari, and the thing slid off of Khari's face as it was impaled on the end of Xavier's rapier. Redmond moved into the room and tried to smash one of the shaking eggs. It splattered into a pile of goo, and then a monkey-like creature slid out of the busted egg onto the floor. Solomon moved into the room and attacked the monkey-like creature that Redmond had unintentionally released. He hit with his rapier, piercing the creature right through the middle and skewering it. It fell dead off the end of Solomon's rapier. Jiro bashed one of the shaking eggs with his three-part staff, it cracked but it did not fall open. Pepsi could not move far into the room it was too crowded. Phebe kept an eye out on the rear with boy. Three more of the eggs, including the one that Jiro had smashed, busted open and out came three more monkey-creatures. Skeeter could not enter the room, it was too crowded. The insect at the back of the room apparently made no move whatsoever to all of the commotion. Pierce called forth psychic flames and burned one of the moving egg sacks to a crisp, including whatever was inside of it. The room still had about 18 or so eggs left in it, most of them not very well developed at all. There were no more that anyone could see that were moving. ![]() =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 1 Results by Xavier Ashe ----------------------------------------------------------- With a flick of his wrist, X sends the monkey-thing on the end of his rapier flying across the cave. "Got to watch out for those face suckers, Khari," he says. "I wouldn't want to see evolution reversed." Then with a wicked smile he attacks the nearest available target with his rapier. =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 1 Results by Pierce ----------------------------------------------------------- If there are any of the monkey things left alive, he will attack it. If it isn't attached to anyone, he will use pyro. If it is attached he will try to make his way to them and use his sword. If nothing else, he will burn eggs (starting with the ones that appear most developed). "Remind these critters that we don't kiss on the first date." Solomon is aiming for monkey 4. =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 1 Results by Pepsi ----------------------------------------------------------- Pepsi finally made his way into the room. He stepped to the side and began putting arrows into eggs as fast as he could. =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 1 Results by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- Khari shakes off the dizzy feeling of having a large amount of blood sucked out of his face, and resolves to take these little monsters more seriously. He's somewhat angry at himself for letting his inquisitive nature result in careless action. A blue glow begins to form at Khari's forehead, and within seconds, a fist-shaped ball of force strikes out at the nearest monkey-creature. 11:10, Today: Khari Saldeen rolled 15 using 1d20. Boy continues monitoring the rear. (sorry didn't see an action from you) The monkey-thing furthest east (4) attacks Solomon, but misses. Apollo tried to attack the monkey-thing closest to him (6) but he slips as he swings and misses. The last creature (6) attacks Solomon also, latching onto Solomon's arm. It begins to suck the bodily fluids out of Solomon. [Private to Solomon Sheperd: Sucked you for 8 HP of damage.] Khari uses his telekinisis to punch at one of the creatures (monkey5) but it doesn't seem to hurt it much, as it just flies back a bit and keeps crawling. Xavier takes a 5' step to the NE and attacks the nearest creature (monkey5) stabbing it with his rapier, the creature dies and curls up into a little ball. Redmond was about to smash the creature that Xavier just killed, but instead he took a five foot step into the room (east) and attacked the creature there, but the nimble little thing was just too quick and jumped out of the way. Solomon stabbed at the same creature Redmond just missed, and handily pierced the creature with his rapier, it's body splattering all over the floor and sticking to the end of Solomon's weapon. (Critical hit, 8 damage) Jiro attempted to smack the creature attached to Solomon's arm without hurting Solomon. He swiped the creature quite handily and knocked it off Solmon's arm, the creature fell to the floor and curled up in a ball. Pepsi fired an arrow into one of the closer egg-things. A milky-white substance poured out of the hole the arrow made. No monkey-thing came out, and the egg didn't otherwise stir, apart from the motion caused by the arrow hitting it. Phebe did her thing... Skeeter saw that the room was clear, except for the still unmoving insect at the back of the room. There were still plenty of eggs hanging but none of them were moving. The remaining eggs were noticably smaller than the ones that had hatched the creatures, and Skeeter surmised that they probably just were not fully developed enough yet to "hatch." The insect... still did nothing. Pierce used his pyro again on another egg, it burnt to a crisp. The remaining eggs just did not look all that developed. Nothing in the cave was stirring except for the party, the monkey-like creatures all appeared to be quite dead. *** OOC *** Someone asked how you should post in combat. The best way is to post with a bit of flair and describe your moves. It adds to the game. You can have your characters say things as they are attacking for added dramatic effect. Or just describing your action in detail can sometimes be effective. Optionally, if you desire to roll your own dice rolls use the dice roller. The most effective way for you to let me know you did that is to send me a Private Line in your post and just cut and paste the rolls into the message. Making it private keeps your rolls from cluttering up the other player's reading of the events. Lastly, initiative is only rolled once at the beginning of combat, and that table is used througout the entire combat every round. Unless you choose to delay your action for some reason you always attack in the same initiative order each round. Basically this means initiative is only truely important at the first round of combat, to see who hits who first. After that it's just an exchange of blows. [Private to Phebe Irpeel: (*) Any empathic/telepathic impressions from the creatures? From the big bug? From the eggs? I rolled your telepath rolls for you, you got a 15, a 9, and a 12. They all succeed. Remember you have a 5% chance every time you use this power of getting feedback, that is why the rolls are important, even in a non-combat situation. One of the monkey-like creatures - it's thoughts are so alien you almost can't comprehend anything but you get the distinct impression of extreme hunger and urgency to feed. The big bug doesn't register any thoughts at all. In fact you think it might be dead, you're getting nothing whatsoever from it, not even sensing a mind there. The eggs also do not seem to have a "mind" or at least not one developed enough to read any kind of thought from. Empathy - this ability of yours is more of a knack for sensing the feelings of others by noting facial expressions and body movement. It can't really work on anything as alien as the monkey-things. It's more for human-like creatures, and works better the more experience you have with that type of creature. (*) Any precog impressions through all of this? You were not really directly involved in anything and it didn't kick in. Lets say you had been the one playing with the goop instead of Khari, you probably would have gotten a precog impression of one of the creatures sucking on your blood right before the creature popped out of the egg. Thus, the creature would NOT have gotten a suprise round of attacks before you moved like it did in this case. That's how the precog works and it's more of a personal thing, not really a group thing, although if you'd have been in the room with Khari I'd have probably given you a roll for it. (*) Any empathic/telepathic impressions from Khari (or from any embryonic entities inside of him)? You get the sense that Khari is very flustered just from reading his facial expressions and body langauge. I rolled a 6 on your telepathy check so it does work, I'll let him describe what he's thinking. You do not sense any mind in Khari other than Khari's. ] =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Jiro ----------------------------------------------------------- "Aren't they cute" in a flowery voice, but dropping to his usuall dead pan "If it wasn't for their unfortunate habbit of bitting we could have taken one home" Jiro moves carefully towards the motionless creature at the back of the cave, weapon poised to attack, ensuring nothing else is moving such as another sac. You also think that the liquid substance in the eggs that these creatures gestate in may be of some use.] This message was last edited by the GM at 19:55, Sun 11 July 2004. =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Gama Master (GM) ----------------------------------------------------------- I'm going to call Group 1 Team Alpha and Group 2 Team Beta unless you have any better suggestions for names and I'll create 2 new threads for you to post in. =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- Khari sets down the carcass he has been examining, and walks over to the mess of broken egg-things. He selects two egg-halves that are in relatively good shape, and fills them each with some of the fluid that had been previously contained in them with the hatchlings. "Takin' a look-k at all this stuff-ff, I' thinkin' that big un' was t' p-parent, 'n these lil' critters were babies. An', I' thinkin' this yolk-stuff 'ight 'e usef'l. If ther like reg'lar eggs, it 'ay hold a lot of en'rgy fer growin', or ev'n so'e other kinda pro'rties that 'ight 'e helpf'l." He hands one of the fluid-filled shards to Phebe. "Here...Ph-ph-e-be. You hol' one of 'em. See's like were gonna hafta sp-plit up to go inta all these ca-v-ves." He tucks his ax into his belt, and picks up his lantern, keeping the egg-shell tucked under the other arm. He then walks over to where Solomon, Apollo, and Pepsi are starting to gather by the left-most tunnel past the dead-end. (OOC: Whew...it's hard to type Khari talking! Gives me a real world sense of how hard it might be for him to actually do it!) =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Solomon Sheperd ----------------------------------------------------------- Solomon smiled a thanks at Jiro for getting the creature off of him and inspected his wound. It was pretty serious for such a small creature. He seemed to concentrate for a few seconds and the wound began to close. He took out a bandage and wrapped it for further healing. He took a moment to study the creature that had injured him. He had felt that it had pulled fluids from him, but he wanted to see if it had injected anything as well. =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Phebe Irpeel ----------------------------------------------------------- Khari Saldeen typed:Slightly startled at Phebe's question, Khari looks up from the carcass he has been inspecting in minute detail. He wipes at the wound on his face, and notices the blood on his hand. "Oh...er, I s'pose so...is healin' yer kn-knack?" Phebe smiles. "Some would say so. Let me take a look at that wound.." OOC: Backposting this to occur before Khari does eggshell and departure stuff. I'll do a healing post after asking our faithful GM a thing or three... :) [Private to GM: (*) What are my healing options? For example, what exactly does Treat Injury +12 do in terms of helping someone regain HP? (*) Is there any sign (Spot +12) of any type of monster eggs or etc. having been injected into the wound? (*) Is it this type of critter that does this, or are the monkey things definitely different than the buggems?] =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Gama Master (GM) ----------------------------------------------------------- PM [Private to Phebe Irpeel: (*) What are my healing options? For example, what exactly does Treat Injury +12 do in terms of helping someone regain HP? http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/modern/roarerbull/Skills.php?Name=Treat%20Injury That details the skill. You can heal up to 1d4 hit points per person per day just using your medical skill on them. (*) Is there any sign (Spot +12) of any type of monster eggs or etc. having been injected into the wound? Nope, doesn't appear to be anything in there. (*) Is it this type of critter that does this, or are the monkey things definitely different than the buggems? The monkey things are not buggems, they may be related to that dead creature in the back of the room, though. ] =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Gama Master (GM) ----------------------------------------------------------- Solomon examines his wound but doesn't see any signs of any foreign material injected in him. [Private to Solomon Sheperd: You are pretty sure that the bug at the back of the room was the adult version of the things that attacked you.] =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Phebe Irpeel ----------------------------------------------------------- Phebe spends an unusually long time carefully examining and treating Khari's wound. Finally, she looks up with a smile. "No sign of any foreign material. God willing, you'll be as good as new in no time..." OOC: Phebe is just using Treat Injury right now, keeping more powerful healing options in reserve in case they are needed in the near future. Khari is now healed of 4HP. It took quite a bit longer than usual because I rolled a "1" on the dice roller twice, so it took me three tries to do Treat Injury successfully. Yup, that roller definitely has it in for us... :) 09:18, Today: Phebe Irpeel rolled 4 using 1d4. Restore HP (Khari). 09:17, Today: Phebe Irpeel rolled 31 using 1d20+12. Treat Injury (Khari) Restore HP (DC15)#3. 09:16, Today: Phebe Irpeel rolled 13 using 1d20+12. Treat Injury (Khari) Restore HP (DC15)#2. 09:14, Today: Phebe Irpeel rolled 13 using 1d20+12. Treat Injury (Khari) Restore HP (DC15). =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Gama Master (GM) ----------------------------------------------------------- In a non-combat situation you can take-10 on the Treat Injury check for healing. That means you roll a 10 automatically basically, then add your skill. =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Khari Saldeen ----------------------------------------------------------- Khari nods his head in thanks, and heads to where Group Alpha is forming. (OOC: Obviously back-posted!) =========================================================== Re: Egg-thing Fight Round 2 Results by Phebe Irpeel ----------------------------------------------------------- Gama Master typed:In a non-combat situation you can take-10 on the Treat Injury check for healing. That means you roll a 10 automatically basically, then add your skill. Um... yeah! Yeah, I knew that! I was just, uh, um... taking longer because I, um... was making extra-sure that there wasn't any nasty foreign material in the wound! Yeah, that's the ticket!... ;) =========================================================== |
